These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using Mosaic Camera Pro - Face & Plate Hider ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides the following features:
- AI-based detection and obscuring of faces, license plates, and sensitive text
- Privacy-focused editing with emoji, mosaic, blur
- Background blur to prevent location identification
- Automatic EXIF metadata removal
- Passcode and biometric protection (Locked Album)
- Original photo preservation with edited/original toggle
Users must not use the App for:
- Voyeurism or other illegal recording activities
- Violating the privacy or portrait rights of others
- Fraud or impersonation by abusing the obscuring features
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Any other use deemed inappropriate by the developer
AI detection (face, license plate, sensitive text) is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Detection may fail under unfavorable conditions (angle, lighting, size). Always visually verify edits and add manual stamps where needed.
Stored images and videos may be lost due to app deletion, device failure, OS updates, or other unforeseen events. The developer assumes no responsibility. Back up important data yourself.
If you forget your locked album passcode, recovery is not possible. The developer does not offer passcode reset services.
The metadata removal feature strips common EXIF info but does not guarantee complete removal of all metadata. Specialized or app-specific metadata may persist.
The App does not guarantee correct operation on all devices and OS versions. The developer assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages from use.
The App is a paid one-time purchase via the App Store. A single purchase unlocks all features permanently — no subscriptions, no additional in-app purchases. Refunds follow Apple's terms.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights belong to the developer. Users have only the right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
The developer may modify these Terms without prior notice. Modified terms take effect when displayed within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
